Listing Requirements
TRACS Marketplace Business listing submissions are manually reviewed by our Partner team and will be rejected if they do not meet the criteria outlined below. Think of this as a checklist for your business —once it meets these requirements.

Your must download TRACS screening app ( The app will help TRACS to validate a few essential credentials about your business. You won’t be able to submit your app listing without this.

You must review and agree to the terms in our TRACS Terms and Conditions. This protects you, TRACS, and our shared customers. We won’t won’t be able to publish your business listing without completing this step. 

  • Your business and its associated collateral (Logo, website address, email ids etc.) must be submitted to TRACS (
  • Your business and its associated collateral (Logo, website address, email ids etc.) must not infringe Logo usage (as below).
Once you’ve met the minimum requirements, it’s time to submit your business listing ( You must completely and accurately fill out all information. These fields are particularly important:
  • URLs for your business Terms of Service and Privacy Policy must be live and up-to-date.
  • Fill out the Business fields on
  • Download the app
  • Validate one of the entities: Farm/Farmer/Factory/Warehouse
Once you submit your listing, our team will complete an initial review within ten business days. If any of the information provided is incorrect, misleading, or incomplete, we’ll contact you with that feedback. We reserve the right to un-publish or refuse publication of your app listing at any time.

Should your app be accepted into the TRACS Marketplace, it will be listed for a maximum of 12 months. After that, your listing must be resubmitted for review and renewal. We’ll reach out with renewal information and next steps 60 days before your listing is set to expire.

  • Curated marketing resources, including including push through social & emails
  • Monthly newsletter with marketing updates, product releases, and more
Your use of the marks should not suggest any sponsorship or endorsement by us, and shouldn’t confuse our brands with any other brands.
  • This means that you can’t place our marks and logos on your website (other than Academy or partner badges and certificates, or other program or affiliate logos that we provide to you) unless you receive written permission from us.
  • This also means that you can’t use or register a domain name that incorporates or is similar to our trademarks.
Please don’t do any of the following:
  • Combine any of our marks with your name, your marks, or any generic terms
  • Incorporate any of our marks into your name or logo
  • Change the color of our logo 
  • Photoshop or otherwise modify our logos
  • Use old versions of our logos
  • Use our sprocket logo as a letter in any word, other than where published by us
  • Add words directly around the logos
  • Overlap our logo with shapes or photos
  • Associate our marks with any vulgar, obscene, indecent or unlawful material
  • Translate our marks into other languages
You may use a TRACS trademark, brand name, or product name (but not a stylized version of any TRACS mark, and not any TRACS logos or icons) in a referential phrase to describe that your business uses TRACS or offers products or services related to TRACS, and provided:
  • Your use of the TRACS word mark is referential and less prominent than your own business name or brand in the rest of the description. 
  • Your use, mention, or reference to TRACS and/or its products does not deprecate TRACS and/or its products.
  • You do not use any TRACS stylized logo, images, product icons, or other TRACS-owned graphic symbols without TRACS’s express written permission.
You may not create a Twitter handle or other social media account whose username or title could suggest affiliation with or endorsement by us.

You may not use our marks in any advertising creative or copy (digital, social, PPC or otherwise). This includes phrases, such as “TRACS Partner” or “TRACS Certified” unless provided by TRACS

You may not use a trademark, domain name, or logo that is confusingly similar to our marks.
